Questions, answered.
I’m not technical. Is this for me?
Yes. For a physical product you just answer a few plain questions, add some photos from your phone and pick a style. No links, logins or software. If you can post on Instagram, you can do this.
Can I use the video for ads?
Yes. Paid videos are yours to use commercially: Instagram and Facebook ads, YouTube, your website, marketplaces and WhatsApp. Music and voices are licensed for that use.
Is it safe to give you access to my app?
We only record what you point us at. Public pages need no access at all. If you give us a test login, it is encrypted with AES-256-GCM the moment you submit it, only decrypted inside the isolated recording worker, never written to logs, and deleted as soon as your video is finished. We recommend a dedicated test account with sample data.
How are logins handled?
Pick what fits: public pages only; open sign-up, where our agent signs up with its own inbox; a test username and password you give us; or a screen recording you upload. For anything behind a login we ask you to confirm you own the app or have permission to record it. The agent skips destructive actions such as deleting, paying, sending or inviting unless you list them as a key flow on a test account.
What does it cost?
Your first 30-second preview is free. After that it’s $6 per video, $15 for three, or $60 a month for up to 15 videos. In India: ₹299, ₹699 and ₹2,999 a month, payable by UPI, cards and netbanking.
What if the video isn’t right?
If we can’t deliver your video, you get a full refund. If it’s delivered but not right, we re-render it once for free with your notes. See our refund policy for details.
Do you support mobile apps?
Yes, iPhone and Android, and we never ask for your app files. Record it yourself from a shot list we write for you; paste your Google Play link and we record it on our Android device; or invite us as a tester through Google Play internal testing or TestFlight.
What happens to my data?
We keep it only as long as we need it. Uploads, screenshots and test logins are deleted as soon as your video is made (and never kept more than 24 hours). Your finished video stays downloadable for 5 days and is then deleted, along with the product details you gave us. You can delete everything sooner with one click on your job page. We never use your content for AI training, samples or marketing, and we’re happy to sign your NDA. Read our privacy policy.
How long does it take?
Free previews are usually ready within minutes. Full videos typically take under an hour; monthly plans get priority in the queue. You can watch progress live on your job page.
