Privacy policy
AdlerQA Technologies Pvt Ltd (“we”) runs ShipTheDemo. We keep as little as we can, for as short a time as we can. This policy explains what we collect, why, who helps us process it, and when we delete it. It is written to meet India’s Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 and the GDPR.
What we collect
- Contact details: email, name and company, from the request form or the contact form, and your marketing choice.
- Product details: your product’s URL, description, audience, key flows, tone, voice and brand colour.
- Access you give us: test logins and authenticator setup keys (encrypted with AES-256-GCM), emails sent to the job’s private inbox, uploaded screen recordings. We never ask for app files.
- What we make: screenshots, the script and narration, the video, captions and posters.
- Usage data: pages visited, referrer, UTM campaign tags and ad click ids (such as fbclid), approximate country and a hashed IP address. Your full IP address is kept with free-preview requests to enforce the one-per-network limit, and with ownership confirmations as a record of consent.
- Payments: handled by our payment partner. We receive confirmation of payment, never your card or bank details.
How long we keep it

You can delete everything for a job immediately with “Delete everything now” on your job page.
Why we use it
To make and deliver your videos, prevent abuse of free previews, reply to you, send service emails and, only if you opted in, send occasional product news. We don’t sell personal data and never use your content to train AI models.

Cookies
Essential cookies keep your request and security token. With your consent we also use marketing cookies (the Meta Pixel) to measure our ads; they are off until you click “Accept all”, and you can change your choice any time with “Cookie settings” in the footer.
Your rights
