Terms of service

These terms govern your use of ShipTheDemo (the “Service”), operated by AdlerQA Technologies Pvt Ltd, B-15 Basant Vihar, near Satya Sai Circle, opposite BCM Heights, Indore, Madhya Pradesh 452010, India (“we”, “us”). By using the Service you agree to them.

1. The Service

ShipTheDemo creates narrated demo videos of software products. You give us a URL, and optionally test credentials, a Google Play link, a tester invite or a screen recording (we never ask for app files), and we produce a video using automated agents.

2. Your account and content

You must be at least 18 and able to enter a contract. You confirm that you own the product you ask us to record, or have permission from its owner, and that recording it does not breach any agreement or law. You keep all rights in your product and content. You grant us a limited licence to access, record and process it only to provide the Service.

3. Test accounts and credentials

Please give us a test account with sample data, never a production admin account. Credentials are encrypted at rest and deleted when your video is finished. Our agents avoid destructive actions (deleting, paying, sending or inviting) unless you ask for them on a test account.

4. Free previews

One free preview per person, checked by verified email address, device and network. We may refuse or cancel previews that look automated or abusive. Previews are limited to 30 seconds (15 seconds for product Reels), 720p, and carry a watermark.

5. Prices and payment

Prices are shown on our pricing page in USD or INR and are charged by our payment partner and merchant of record, Dodo Payments (cards, UPI and more). Taxes such as GST or VAT are added where applicable. GSTIN: [GSTIN]. The monthly plan renews automatically each month until cancelled and includes up to 15 videos per billing month; unused videos don’t roll over.

6. Refunds and cancellations

7. Delivered videos

Once paid, you may use your videos for any lawful purpose, including commercially. Music and voices are licensed for that use. Videos are available to download for 5 days after they’re ready, then deleted; please keep your own copy.

8. Confidentiality

We treat everything you give us or let us see, including your product, data, credentials, recordings and the videos we make, as your confidential information.

No human at ShipTheDemo looks at your content unless you ask us for support, and then only what’s needed to help.
We never use your content for AI training, samples, case studies or marketing without your written permission.
We delete it on the schedule in our retention table, or sooner when you click “Delete everything now”.
You confirm that you own the product, or have permission to record it, when you ask us to record behind a login.

9. Acceptable use

Don’t use the Service to record products you don’t have rights to, to capture other people’s personal data, or for anything unlawful. We may refuse or stop any job at our discretion and refund it.

10. Liability

The Service is provided “as is”. To the extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the 3 months before the claim.

11. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Courts at Indore, India have exclusive jurisdiction.
