Refund and cancellation policy

If we can’t deliver, you get your money back

If we can’t produce your paid video (for example, your product can’t be reached or recorded), we refund the full amount for that video to your original payment method within 7 working days.

If the video isn’t right, we re-render it free

If your delivered video has a problem (a wrong flow, a mispronounced name, a broken scene), tell us within 5 days (while the video is still available) and we’ll re-render it once, free, with your notes. If the re-render still doesn’t match what you asked for, we’ll refund that video.

Packs

Unused videos in a 3-video pack can be refunded within 30 days of purchase, pro rata at the pack’s per-video price.

Monthly plan

Cancel any time from your emails or by contacting us; the plan stops at the end of the current billing month and you won’t be charged again. We don’t refund partial months, except where the law requires it.

Free previews

Free previews are free, so there’s nothing to refund.

How to ask

Email [email protected] with your job link. Refunds are issued by our payment partner, Dodo Payments, and usually appear in 5 to 10 working days.
